On planning your life –
With September coming around, time to plan the last sprint of the year. In this post, I cover my system to plan my personal and professional goals. A template you can copy and use for your own planning is included ;)
On improving your focus –
I get a lot of emails asking: “How can I improve focus and work/study for a longer period of time?” Our attention levels draw dangerously close to that of a goldfish. We lost our ability to concentrate. Focus is a lost art. What’s really going on here? Too much. That’s what’s going on…
On Roam –
I’m now moving most of my notes from other places – Evernote, Notion, notes apps, etc. – into Roam. And I find that the more I add to it, the better and more useful Roam becomes. I plan to use it to store ideas and sources for new writing and well as insights from my life. What do you use it for? Hit reply and let me know.
