Hey,

There are only a few seats left on the Ultimate Productivity Course. Grab your early bird access here.

Here’s your weekly dose of awesomeness.

On optimizing for optionality –
Here’s the truth: nobody knows the future. So instead of trying to predict what is going to happen, optimize for optionality. This is a sample lesson from The Ultimate Productivity Course.

On being free to focus –
This week I added the book summary of Free to Focus by Michael Hyatt. This book offers a is a great system to help you focus on working on the right things. I especially like the 5 Levels of Delegation.

On creativity –
The Oatmeal just turned 10. I enjoyed this post: “8 things I learned about creativity in 10 years”. I particularly enjoyed this bit: “It’s okay to put out the occasional crowd-pleaser in order to pay the bill. One for them, five for me, I like to say. Because you can’t really make art if you can’t afford food.”

On unsolicited advice –
I also enjoyed reading “68 Bits of Unsolicited Advice”. My favorites are: “Being able to listen well is a superpower. While listening to someone you love keep asking them “Is there more?”, until there is no more.”, “Don’t be the best. Be the only.”, and “To make something good, just do it. To make something great, just re-do it, re-do it, re-do it. The secret to making fine things is in remaking them.”

On video –
I’m thinking of creating short actionable videos on (YouTube/Instagram) on productivity. Do you see this as helpful to you? What are some channels/pages that you like and why? Hit reply and let me know. I read every single email.

Have a great week!

Dan
